Holton Schwartz is a Vice President of Capital Markets at Legacy25 Capital. Holton is responsible for securing debt and structured financing for commercial real estate properties throughout the U.S., utilizing the firm’s capital relationships to secure optimal financing for clients.

Prior to joining Legacy25 Capital, Holton served as an Analyst at CBRE where he oversaw performance reporting for multiple capital markets verticals.Holton is currently pursuing his MBA at SMU’s Cox School of Business and holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
