Prior to founding Legacy25 Capital, Chase held roles across private lending and real estate investment platforms, developing expertise in capital markets strategy and wealth management. With over 15 years of experience, he advises family offices, investors, and entrepreneurs on strategies designed to build and preserve generational wealth across commercial real estate, aircraft finance, life insurance premium finance, and other specialized lending verticals.
Drew Nelson is a Managing Partner of Legacy25 Capital. Drew is responsible for directing the firm’s commercial banking, capital strategy, and operations in the Houston market while overseeing the sourcing and execution of customized financing solutions.
Prior to joining Legacy25 Capital, Drew held roles in commercial and private banking that strengthened his foundation in credit analysis, loan structuring, and capital markets execution of commercial real estate and specialized credit needs. With over 15 years of experience, Drew has a proven track record of aligning capital with opportunity, helping clients achieve long-term financial and investment objectives.
Jayson Delgado is a Managing Partner at Legacy25 Capital. Jayson oversees the firm’s advisory platform, capital strategy, and operations, guiding family offices and investors on strategic capital solutions and effective long-term planning.
Prior to joining Legacy25 Capital, Jayson was a private banker with Comerica Wealth Management, where he specialized in structured credit solutions across commercial real estate, aviation, life insurance premium finance, and other alternative lending platforms. Jayson focuses on aligning clients with the right capital partners to support both immediate needs and long-term wealth objectives.
Brent Cheney is Director of Business Development at Legacy25 Capital. Brent is responsible for developing client relationships and strategic partnerships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and capital sources to support the firm’s strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Legacy25 Capital, Brent led capital formation and investor relations at Reap Capital, a Dallas-based real estate private equity firm. There, he structured debt and equity for commercial real estate acquisitions and managed relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Prior to his career in capital markets, Brent spent over a decade in luxury men’s apparel, representing European brands in North America.
Holton Schwartz is a Capital Markets Associate at Legacy25 Capital. Holton is responsible for securing debt and structured financings for commercial real estate properties throughout the U.S., utilizing the firm’s capital relationships to secure optimal financing for clients.
Prior to joining Legacy25 Capital, Holton served as an analyst at CBRE where he oversaw performance reporting for multiple capital markets verticals. Holton is currently pursuing his MBA at SMU’s Cox School of Business and holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
Mitchell Young is a Capital Markets Associate at Legacy25 Capital. Mitchell is responsible for the execution of debt and structured financings for commercial real estate properties throughout the U.S. through rigorous analysis and identification of optimal capital sources.
Prior to joining Legacy25 Capital, Mitchell served as accounting manager with Crest Commercial Real Estate where he oversaw the accounting and financial reporting for a NNN retail portfolio exceeding. Mitchell attended the University of Oklahoma where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Deegan Florence is a Capital Markets Associate at Legacy25 Capital. Deegan is responsible for securing debt and structured financings for commercial real estate and C&I lending across the U.S., identifying opportunities through effective analysis to secure optimal financing for clients.

Mina earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and her MBA from Louisiana State University. She began her career in commercial real estate lending in 1990. Mina has financed hundreds of millions of dollars in complex commercial real estate/healthcare loans. In January of 2026, Mina joined Legacy 25 Capital.

Prior to Debt Advisory, Nash was a commercial real estate market researcher at a Top 5 commercial brokerage firm. The market research process of analyzing and interpreting data about properties, tenants, capital markets, and economic trends is present in every debt advisory consultation led by Nash.

Based in Austin, Andy Black is an SVP at Legacy25 Capital and brings more than 40 years of experience in commercial and private banking in Central Texas and beyond. Andy has held multiple leadership roles over the years with major financial institutions and has a vast knowledge in numerous types of credit. He is well known in the professional community as someone who will always seek optimal solutions for his clients to help them meet their strategic goals. Andy is a devoted family man to his wife, Laurie, our two daughters and their families. He is a dedicated Texas Longhorn fan having received two degrees, BA and MBA, from that esteemed institution. Outside of his professional life, you will likely find Andy on the tennis court or hiking in Big Bend.
