Michael Cozart is a Portfolio Manager on the Advisory team at Legacy25 Capital, where he focuses on analysis, deal structuring, and portfolio management. He has experience across a wide range of asset classes including commercial real estate, aviation, equipment, C&I, and other specialty finance verticals.
Michael’s career began in accounting and investment analysis at a large financial services firm before transitioning into commercial banking in 2014 and has since gained experience at both a community bank and a large regional institution. This diverse background provided a well-rounded perspective on credit and capital that informs his client advisory work today.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Economics from Texas A&M University and acquired postgraduate credentials including a Commercial Credit Certificate and an Advanced Technical Certificate in Professional Accountancy.
