Nash brings more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate financing at both bank and non-bank lenders. Prior to debt advisory, Nash was a CRE market researcher at a Top 5 commercial brokerage firm, utilizing the market research process of analyzing and interpreting data about properties, tenants, capital markets, and economic trends that he carries forward to his debt advisory consultation. Having lived in three different countries, Nash brings a culturally fluent, relationship-oriented perspective to client advisory.
